This yoga series consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. Each posture stretches and strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. The postures also stimulate the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to the body and restoring systems to healthy working order. The heat accelerates the healing process by warming the muscles and increasing circulation. flexibility and balance while enhancing mental clarity and focus. Because of the predictability of the class, this is a great option for beginners (or people who like repetition).

Forrest Yoga

Forrest Yoga is renowned as an intensely physical and internally focused practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life.  Founded on four pillars, Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit, Forrest yoga challenges students to access their whole being and to use Forrest Yoga as a path to finding and then cleansing the emotional and mental blocks that dictate and limit their lives.  Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. 

Vinyasa Flow

Our Flow is powerful, energetic and playful. Each class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged at the same time. The room is heated to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. This yoga will tone and strengthen your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. 

Barre

This class combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates the upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. Upbeat instructors and music provide the fuel needed for not only an intense workout but a fun one too!

Movement and Mobility

This class is based on a system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. Using a series of stretching techniques in various base positions, this class is designed to improve the health and durability of the joints, as well as overall movement quality. You'll learn how to master tension in order to train the nervous system and thus master range, enhancing the capacity of the joints and surrounding tissue in order to ready the body for athletic performance and the demands of everyday life, while decreasing the risk injury.
